The plain-English terms covering this AllPanelExch site and the ID desk behind it. Short, because there is not much to complicate.

1. Who These Terms Cover

They cover you if you read this AllPanelExch site or contact the ID desk through it. Using either means you accept what is written here. If you do not, the answer is simply not to use them, and nothing futher happens.

2. You Must Be 18 or Over

An AllPanelExch ID is issued to adults only. We will not knowingly open one for anybody under 18, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed with any balance on it returned to the source it came from.

3. Where the Law Sits

Betting rules differ between Indian states and they change. Working out what applies where you live is your responsibility, not ours, and asking for an AllPanelExch ID is you confirming that you have done so. We do not offer legal advice and nothing on this site should be read as any.

4. What This Site Is

An information site about the AllPanelExch panel, run by the ID desk that issues AllPanelExch accounts on it. We are not the panel operator. Odds, markets, settlement rules and the behaviour of the software are the panel's, and we describe them as accurately as we can rather than controlling them.

5. What the Desk Provides

• Issuing an AllPanelExch ID on request, free of charge.
• Demo IDs with a practice balance, on request.
• Crediting UPI deposits against a reference you send us.
• Approving withdrawals by hand, back to an account matching the name on the AllPanelExch ID.
• Password resets, and the current panel address whenever it rotates.

6. What Stays With You

• Your AllPanelExch password, once it is issued. Change it, and do not share it with anybody — including anyone claiming to be support.
• Checking that any address you sign in on is the one the desk gave you.
• The bets you place. Every one of them is final once matched on the AllPanelExch panel.
• Depositing only money that is yours, from an account in your own name.
• Holding one AllPanelExch ID, not several.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Both run through the desk in chat rather than through a form on the AllPanelExch panel. Take the payment details fresh from us in that conversation every time — AllPanelExch payment details rotate, and an old UPI ID from a screenshot is not our responsibility once money has gone to it.

Withdrawals return to the account the deposit came from. A request pointing somewhere else, or at a name that does not match the AllPanelExch ID, will be held while it is checked. That check is not optional and it is there for your benefit as much as ours.

8. When an Account Gets Held

An AllPanelExch ID can be suspended temporarily for repeated failed logins, for a payment that needs verifying, or where duplicate accounts appear to belong to one person. Message the desk and it gets looked at, usually the same day. Opening a second AllPanelExch ID while you wait makes it slower, not faster.

9. Limits of What We Promise

We keep this site accurate and the desk reachable, but we do not promise that the AllPanelExch panel will be available at every moment, that an address will never rotate, or that a payout will land inside a specific number of minutes. Timings given anywhere on this site are typical, not guaranteed.

We are not liable for losses from betting itself. That risk is the thing you accepted when you asked for an AllPanelExch ID, and no page here has ever suggested otherwise.

10. Content on This Site

The writing, structure and images on this AllPanelExch site are ours. Take them and put them on another site and we will ask your host to remove them. Linking to a page here is welcome and needs no permission.

11. Changes

These AllPanelExch terms get updated when how we work changes. The date at the top of this page is the honest record of when that last happened.
